Ballots must have at least 20 answers to qualify. Any perceived attempts at ballot stuffing will be disqualified. City Magazine reserves the right to disqualify any entry. Ballots must be received no later than February 1, 2011. No faxes or photocopies will be accepted, no exceptions.
